AV Bristol is a family run and based Company. We have got over 30 years experience in the Business and yet we still DO NOT know it all! 

Most of the products on eBay are direct from the manufacturer and or Importer, (for example Wharfedale and Mission) and are usually Brand New and Boxed, If not a full accurate description will always be given. All information about each product will be on the listings. 

We also sell many other lines and brands which are Brand New and Boxed. However we do sell other lines of products with the following categories:-

Ex-Demonstration:

These are items that have been used for demonstration purposes in showrooms and or shows. All other relevant information will be on the listing(s) regarding these types of items.

B-Grade / C-Grade:

These are items which have been deemed not good enough quality to be sold as new, for example, this would be a cosmetic fault such as a blemish on the casing of the item, however this should not affect the performance of the item as all items are workshop tested before despatch to the Customer. If you have any concerns regarding B-Grade items then please feel free to contact us and or study our feedback.

Here at AV Bristol we want you to be more than happy with the item(s) that you have purchased from us, so please study the listings under the Customer Care Cover for further information on the Customer Care Cover. Please note that we highly recommend that you read the section in every listing on Customers advice as failure to follow the advise may void your warranty / Cover.

Also if you wish to return / complain / discuss or need further help with an item purchased from us, please contact us through the eBay message service and not our email service as this may take up to 3 - 6 working days to reply, whereas the message service is usually noted on hourly basis on week days.
