UK Customers
A. If the product is received faulty or damaged on arrival -
- Contact care@avbristol.co.uk to resolve without the necessity of returning the product. If this is not possible...
- We arrange a free collection.
- Replacement supplied promptly (subject to stock) free of charge.
The above is subject to notification within 7 days of delivery by email to care@avbristol.co.uk.
B. If the product develops a fault after 7 days and before 21 days after arrival -
- Contact care@avbristol.co.uk to resolve without the necessity of returning the product. If this is not possible...
- We arrange a free collection.
- Repaired of replacement supplied promptly (subject to stock) free of charge.
The above is subject to notification after 7 days and before 21 days of delivery by email to care@avbristol.co.uk.
After 21 days manufacturer warranty for new products applies. For graded/ex-demo products our 12 month warranty applies.
In the event of a replacement/repair not being required a refund will be issued minus our shipping cost (currently £5 per box).
All of the above is subject to the following -
- The product(s) is returned in full original packaging with all accessories.
- The product(s) have not been abused upon receipt by AV Bristol.
If 1 and/or 2 above have not been complied with this service will be subject to a re-stocking fee of up to 20% and/or your warranty with manufacturer may be affected.
International Customers

- You arrange return of product (must be insured and with online tracking, buyer is responsible for the cost).
- Replacement supplied promptly (subject to stock) free of charge.
