Our Cover is effective on every product ordered - whether it's new, ex-demo or graded - ensuring your peace of mind.



UK Customers

A. If the product is received faulty or damaged on arrival -

    1. Contact care@avbristol.co.uk to resolve without the necessity of returning the product. If this is not possible...
    2. We arrange a free collection.
    3. Replacement supplied promptly (subject to stock) free of charge.

The above is subject to notification within 7 days of delivery by email to care@avbristol.co.uk.

B. If the product develops a fault after 7 days and before 21 days after arrival -

    1. Contact care@avbristol.co.uk to resolve without the necessity of returning the product. If this is not possible...
    2. We arrange a free collection.
    3. Repaired of replacement supplied promptly (subject to stock) free of charge.

The above is subject to notification after 7 days and before 21 days of delivery by email to care@avbristol.co.uk.

After 21 days manufacturer warranty for new products applies. For graded/ex-demo products our 12 month warranty applies.

In the event of a replacement/repair not being required a refund will be issued minus our shipping cost (currently £5 per box).

All of the above is subject to the following -

    1. The product(s) is returned in full original packaging with all accessories.
    2. The product(s) have not been abused upon receipt by AV Bristol.

If 1 and/or 2 above have not been complied with this service will be subject to a re-stocking fee of up to 20% and/or your warranty with manufacturer may be affected.




International Customers

    2. You arrange return of product (must be insured and with online tracking, buyer is responsible for the cost).
    3. Replacement supplied promptly (subject to stock) free of charge.
