Yes, we ensure all details are secure if you have any worries regarding this please contact us.
Will you deliver to a different address to where my card is registered?
We can offer delivery to an alternative address (different from where the card is registered) however we may ask you to carry out further security checks before the item is despatched.

Do you accept sales and deliver items outside of the UK?
We currently accept orders worldwide and can also arrange delivery, please contact us for further information or click here for our delivery charges.
Do you offer a VAT-Free service to exempt territories?
Yes we can supply products VAT - Free to exempt territories or we can offer this to countries within the European Union (including the UK) if you supply us with your VAT (TVA) company number.
We regret that we currently don't offer an extended warranty service, however this is currently being re-viewed by management.
How to make a complaint?
AVBristol prides itself on a high-standard of Customer Service and feels that any complaints should be dealt with in a swift manner and to the customer's complete satisfaction.
