DEFINITION(S)
Audio Visual Bristol Limited also trades under the following names and retains the right to use them at any given time, 'Audio Visual Bristol Limited', 'Audio Visual', 'Audio Visual Bristol', 'AVB' and 'AVG307'. The following words 'We', 'Us', 'The Company', 'The Seller', 'The Website site' and 'The Site' and any of its trading names refers to Audio Visual Bristol Limited and or A V Bristol Limited "Buyer / Consumer / Customer" means the individual and or an organisation that agrees to buy something from 'us';
"Contract" something that is agreed between the Seller and the Buyer;
"Goods / Item(s) / Products / Services" is something held by Audio Visual Bristol Limited that is usually on sale for the Customer;
"Terms and Conditions / Private Policy / Customer Care Cover" means the terms written on this page and external listings such as eBay;
"Website" Refers to us as the 'Company' and holds no responsibility with 3rd parties such as affiliates or external links.
PRICE AND PAYMENT:
The price of the Goods shall be that stated on the Website and or other listings. Unless stated on the 'Website' and or other Listings, the Price is includes VAT and excludes delivery charges via Parcel Force or Royal Mail.
The total purchase price (including VAT and delivery charges), will be displayed on the 'website' and or 'eBay'.
RIGHTS OF SELLER:
'The Seller' at any given time, but very rarely can cancel the Purchase if . . . .
The Seller has insufficient stock to deliver the item(s);
The Seller does not deliver to the Buyer's area.
WARRANTIES / CUSTOMER CARE COVER:
Not all of our items come with the standard Manufactures warranty; however you will still be covered by our Customer Care Cover. All information on this can be found on the site of purchase, usually located at the bottom of the purchase page.
DELIVERY - PARCEL FORCE / ROYAL MAIL:
Items being delivered within the UK MAINLAND (Excluding Northern Ireland and Scottish Highlands and all of its offshore locations such as Jersey) are either despatched via Royal Mail or Parcel Force
Items being delivered to offshore UK will either be sent via Royal Mail or Parcel Force and the Buyer must ask for addition Postage charges for these locations, if not stated!
All other items being delivered outside of the UK will also be sent via Royal Mail or Parcel Force and the Buyer must ask for additional Postage charges for these locations.
Most items are sent via Parcel Force and once purchase has been made you shall shortly be supplied with a Tracking Number; all information can be found on the purchase page.
RETURN(S):
In the unlikely event that an item needs to be returned the Buyer must contact the seller as soon as possible. All information regarding returns can be found on the site listings, usually located at the bottom of each page under Customer Care Cover.
CHANGES TO THE PRIVATE POLICY / CUSTOMER CARE COVER AND TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
In the unlikely event 'We' retain the right to makes changes at any given time and if appropriate all necessary parties will be contact regarding its changes.
WEBSITE AND INTERNET SERVICES:
Audio Visual Bristol Limited will never knowingly pass on any viruses to you or any of your equipment. In the extremely unlikely event that you are to receive any type of virus from our web site or other internet source such as documentation downloads we cannot be held responsible in anyway and will not compensate for any damage caused.
DATA PROTECTION:
All information given to us, either by joining our News Letter Programme, making a purchase and or by other means will remain Private and Confidential between the Audio Visual Bristol Limited and the person(s). Audio Visual Bristol Limited will only use this information to improve Customer Service and will never knowingly pass on any of your information to a 3rd party.
