Step 3:
Please send us a email with the following information:
Your full name, address and a daytime contact telephone number.
Your order number that you were supplied at the time of order.
Reason you wish to return the item and state if you wish to Replace / Exchange or Refund
We will evaluate each case and advise further.
Step 4:
What you need to return to us:
All accessories/leads/manuals, unless instructed otherwise when arranging the return.
The item must be returned in the original box and packaging.
Please enclose a copy of the email with your contact details.
Please ensure you follow the above to ensure you receive a full refund.
Step 5:
Packing your product for courier delivery.
There are no loose accessories which can damage the unit.
Where possible please try to re-package the product as it was delivered to you.
If your item came delivered with spikes please ensure they are removed to avoid damage.
