How a contract for the sale of products can be formed:
After placing an order, you should receive an email from us acknowledging that we have received your order. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. All orders are subject to acceptance by us. The contract between us will only be complete when we send you a Dispatch Confirmation via email.
The Contract will relate only to those products that have been dispatched.
Order(s) for Goods:
When you order any product(s), you confirm that you are purchasing the products and that you will pay for these products in full.
Descriptions:
Product descriptions on this site can change at any given time, please check that the description meets your needs before making a purchase.
Delivery:
We will send the products to the address you state when placing the order with us.
Once the products have been delivered, they are your responsibility and at your risk at all times.
If the products are lost and or damaged in transit, please inform us as soon as possible so we can make a claim with Parcel Force and supply you with a replacement or refund if a replacement is not an option.
Your right to cancel (Consumers only NOT Trade Customers):
If you are contracting as a consumer (not buying products for a business and or organisation purpose), the following rights will apply to you . . . .
1. You may cancel the Sale, (for any reason), at any time within 7 working days of the sale. In this case, you will receive a full refund of the price paid less any Postage and Packaging Costs, either for sending or returning to us.
2. To cancel the Sale you must inform us by telephone on 0800 181 4440, where we will advise you with further instructions. You must return the products to us immediately at your own cost and risk and within our Customer Care Cover (Returns Policy).
3. You will not have any right to cancel the sale for the supply of any product(s) that have been customised.
4. For reasons of hygiene you will not have any right to cancel a Sale for headphones and or earphones once you have opened the packaging and or worn the headphones.
Customer Care Cover - Returns policy(Summary):
Before returning products to us, you must take reasonable care of them or we may decline a full refund.
When you return products to us we will workshop test the returned product(s) and will advise you if you are entitled to a refund/exchange/repair. If you are a consumer and are going to use the right to cancel (as above) to cancel the Sale with us within 7 working days, we will refund you in full. However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. (Unless We and or The Dealer has Proven items to be Faulty).
Defective product(s):
Any defective products will be subject to workshop testing prior to any repair/exchange/refund. If no fault is found then we can reserve the right to charge a testing fee and to charge for return carriage back to you.
Pricing:
We always reserve the right to change prices of products without notice . . . .
In the extremely unlikely event that we have made a pricing mistake, it will only be at the Management discretion to supply you with the order. Prices stated on the website include V.A.T. but may not include the cost of delivery to you, which is quoted for separately during the order process, failing this please contact us.
Sales / Special offers:
Any offer may be limited in supply and we reserve the right to withdraw the Sale / Special Price at any given time and without notice . We will not be held responsible if a Sale / Special Offer Price and or any product is not available for supply after an order has been placed with us (We must stress how unusual this would be).
Condition of products offered:
All products are Brand New & Box (with warranty) as delivered by the manufacturer / dealer unless stated otherwise.
Use of this website and or other sales Platform:
We allow you a right to use the website, This right that we allow is non-exclusive, revocable, and subject to the restrictions in all terms.
We and or licensors own all content / rights in the website and you shall acquire no rights whilst using.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, download or use in any form the contents of the website without first obtaining our written permission.

Our privacy policy applies to your use of this website and to purchases made on the site and other sales platforms - see Privacy.
Our liability to you:
We will only be liable for any losses (directly and or indirectly) where these losses were reasonably foreseeable by both you and us at the time of sale of the products. Our maximum liability will be to the value of the relevant product(s).
We will not be liable for losses if you did not enter into the Sale with us as a consumer, we will not be liable for your business losses. We will not be liable for failure to comply with our obligations under the above terms if the failure is caused by anything outside of our reasonable / unforseen control.

General (Summary):
Third Parties who are not a party to these terms will not have any rights under them.
These terms are governed by British law and the British courts.
